Job Overview – Business Development Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive student recruitment, build institutional partnerships, and expand Vibedu’s presence in the study abroad industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in increasing enrollments through university visits, education fairs, and strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Student Recruitment & Lead Generation:

    • Identify and engage prospective students interested in studying abroad.

    • Provide counseling on courses, universities, application processes, and visa procedures.

    • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and online/offline marketing efforts.

  2. University & Institutional Partnerships:

    • Develop and strengthen relationships with universities, colleges, and educational institutions.

    • Conduct university visits to establish new partnerships and maintain existing collaborations.

    • Coordinate with institutions to organize seminars, workshops, and promotional activities.

  3. Sales & Business Growth:

    • Achieve student recruitment targets set by the management.

    • Develop and implement strategies to increase student enrollments.

    • Work closely with the marketing team to run lead generation campaigns.

  4. Counseling & Admissions Support:

    • Assist students with university applications, documentation, and visa processing.

    • Provide detailed information on scholarships, financial aid, and admission criteria.

    • Organize career counseling sessions to help students choose the right educational path.

  5. Marketing & Outreach:

    • Conduct seminars and education fairs in colleges to promote study abroad programs.

    • Represent Vibedu at school and college events, education expos, and networking sessions.

    • Promote study destinations through online platforms, workshops, and engagement activities.

  6. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

    • Observe other competitors and analyze their strategies, pricing, and market positioning.

    • Research industry trends, student preferences, and emerging opportunities in the sector.

    • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance Vibedu’s competitive edge.

  7. Reporting & Strategy Development:

    • Track and analyze student inquiries, conversions, and industry trends.

    • Provide regular reports to management on recruitment progress and market insights.

    • Stay updated with international education policies, visa regulations, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience in student recruitment, business development, or sales.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to conduct seminars, university visits, and education fairs effectively.

  • Willingness to travel for institutional visits and outreach programs.
